At The Spruce Box, we carefully curate our products both in-store and online. Due to the nature of many of our items, not all purchases are eligible for return.
Returns & Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of purchase (in-store) or 14 days of delivery (online).
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Items must be in new condition
- Items that show signs of being opened, tested, or tampered with will not be accepted
- Proof of purchase is required

Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale:
- Jewelry
- Skincare and consumable products
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Any item not in original condition or returned after 30 days
In-Store vs Online
- In-store (POS) purchases: Eligible for store credit or original payment refund at our discretion
- Online orders: Approved returns may be issued as store credit or refunded to the original payment method at our discretion
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days at info@thesprucebox.ca.
- Defective jewelry is eligible for replacement or refund
- Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement or refund at our discretion
Shipping Returns
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
Our Policy
As a small business, we do our best to accommodate our customers whenever possible. However, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or in cases of excessive returns.
